INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The administrator processes personal data in order to:
selling tickets for organized events,
the possibility of using the Customer panel enabling access to the history of orders,
pursuing claims
other tasks provided for in the provisions of generally applicable law.
LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
For the purpose of implementing the above tasks, the Administrator may process personal data based on the following legal grounds:
6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR in order to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract,
6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR in connection with the provisions of generally applicable law in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator,
based on Article. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR in order to implement the legitimate interests of the administrator, including in order to pursue claims.
DATA RECIPIENTS
The recipients of your personal data may be natural persons, legal persons, public authorities not conducting specific proceedings in accordance with EU or Member State law, entities and/or other entities to which personal data may be disclosed. The recipients of the data may be, for example: entities with which the Administrator has concluded agreements to entrust the processing of personal data, law firms, statutory auditors, entities providing services in the field of correspondence delivery, service providers, especially ICT services.
PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
In the absence of detailed provisions in the "Regulations for the purchase of tickets available online", personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the goals indicated above, in particular:
from the moment of taking action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract or from the time of concluding the contract until the end of the contract and / or limitation of claims / completion of court and / or administrative proceedings,
from the moment of obtaining the data until the time indicated in the provisions of generally applicable law and/or,
from the moment of obtaining the data until the completion of the task specified by the Administrator / until the actual exercise of the right referred to below.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS UNDER THE GDPR
To the extent indicated in art. 15-22 GDPR, you have the following rights:
the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data,
the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data,
the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten),
the right to request restriction of personal data processing,
the right to transfer data,
the right to object to data processing.
Applications for exercising the rights may be submitted in any form (if possible - in writing): directly at the Administrator's registered office / sent to the Administrator's registered office / in electronic form, e.g. to the e-mail address: iodo@ecs.gda.pl.
LODGE A COMPLAINT
If you become aware of the unlawful processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA
Providing data is voluntary, however, necessary for the purpose of registering an account and purchasing a ticket for an event.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
In the course of processing, data may be transferred to third countries.
AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING AND PROFILING
The personal data obtained by the Administrator will not be the basis for automated decision-making, including they will not be subject to profiling.
